In private sessions, you get 100% of the teacher's attention and the whole class is tailor-made to suit you the best.

Together we discuss what are your goals and expectations. Yoga is a universal tool, so the goals can vary from working with stress relief or depression to specific physical goals like weight loss, increasing flexibility, gaining strength.
Regular yoga practice is also a great help and foundation when someone is going through a period of change and uncertainty in life: it helps to anchor down, stabilize the mind and connect with yourself.

Basing on your preferences, I create a program designed specifically for you. Private sessions can be designed in the classical hatha yoga style, Prana Vinyasa Flow style or a combination of both.
I also help to develop your personal home practice.
