Yoga is more fun in a good company. The most enjoyable way is to practice in a small group: with your friends, your family or even your colleagues.

In a small group of 2-5 people, you still get the individual approach, but at the same time you learn not only from the teacher, but also from each other. You can share the laughs, good spirit and support on your yoga journey.

 

This format is particularly  good for those who need a little bit of external motivation to get yourself on the mat from time to time (and who doesn't?)​
